We enjoyed the friendly service of the staff who were quick to help in any way they could, and the refreshing swimming pool which was well-kept and provided a great place to relax after a day out in the city. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient and easily accessible by public transport.
Although the room was clean, it was quite small and felt a bit cramped without any windows. The air conditioner also leaked water, which was not comfortable. The breakfast was not amazing and could be improved. the lack of natural light and the size of the room made it feel a bit claustrophobic.
